You can form a company with one person who can fill three mandatory roles of Shareholder, Director and PSC (Person of Significant Control) 

You will have full control over your company and also full responsibiltity to maintain it. 

You can choose to change any aspect of the company from the name of the company, the people in the company to the address and activities. 

Some changes are free and some changes will be subject to Government Fees.
